Before you write

  • Somebody is advertising as your company. Pick the takedown option and tell us which day. We remove impersonation the same day, and the person who paid for it is not refunded.
  • You’ve lost your management link. You don’t need us — every receipt contains a fresh one, and you can have a new one sent to the address on file from the bid form.
  • You want to know how ranks work. It is all written down in the rules — but if the rules and the site disagree, that is a bug and we want to hear it.
